Since they make them first thing and leave them out, they're sometimes left out at room temperature for over 10 minutes, so the contents melt every time!! No matter how many times I complained to head office asking for improvement, nothing was fixed, so I gave up. It's so bad that I'm giving it 1 star out of 5 stars for other services. ”

“ Good service and good food. They have allergen free food available and it is good although a little expensive. I ordered the rice buns hamburger and it was a little small, but delicious. The allergen free meals are designed for children so small portions. Would recommend ”

“ I used the drive-thru on a weekday lunchtime. The wait was quite long, so I think it might be difficult to go if you're short on time. The staff were very polite and pleasant. I ordered the Soy MOS Cheeseburger, fries, and a coffee shake. I always have trouble eating burgers (lol), but this one tastes amazing and I love it. The coffee shake was also very delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. ”

“ [2019 Comment] I visited on a weekday evening. The other day, I went to a store with an M in its name, but the service and products were the complete opposite of what you'd expect from an M. I was impressed, as expected of MOS. On the floor, the staff were quiet and pleasant jazz music was playing. The store was clean, with no food or hair on the floor. Since they make the food to order, it takes a little longer than an M store, but I didn't think it was slow at all. The fries and nuggets were freshly fried and crispy, and the buns were not dry and delicious. The staff's smiles were also lovely. This time, I ordered the limited-time onion burger set. For my soft drink, I chose the Setouchi Hassaku Lemon Ginger Ale. The onion burger was seasoned with two types of vinegar, and the Setouchi Hassaku Lemon Ginger Ale was refreshing. Both were delicious. I really hope this becomes a regular menu item rather than a limited-time offer. [Comment from 2018] It was a rainy weekday evening, so there was only one other customer, and I was able to relax in the quiet restaurant. I ordered a hot coffee, but a cold one was also served on the tray. Whether I ordered the cold one or not, I thought it was a nice touch. The rice burger was delicious. The fries, onion rings, and nuggets were freshly fried and crispy. ”
